Building Surveys

• Home Buyer Report
  A standard Home Buyer Report details the following
  General condition of the property
  Any major issues with the property that may affect the value e.g. damp, condensation, wet/ dry rot, woodworm etc.
  Thermal insulation
  Inspection (excludes testing) of drains, septic tanks etc.
  Highlight any issues that may require further inspection by a specialist before you buy
  An estimated rebuild cost for insurance purposes at time of survey
  
  
• Full Building Survey
  A full Building Survey includes details on
  All major and minor defects and implications
  Each building element, material and condition
  Type of construction and materials used
  Costs for any repair work
  Advice on inspections required by other specialists
  
  
• Specific Defect Investigations
  Keystone Building Surveying can provide a report on specific defects within a property and provide costed remedial solutions. For example: damp, condensation, mould growth, subsidence & cracking
  Design, Planning & Building Control
  Keystone Building Surveying offers a full design service tailored to customer needs from new builds, extensions, renovation/ refurbishment projects. All required drawings will be provided to the high standard required for Planning and Building Control submission.
  
  
• Measured Surveys
  In addition to the drawings provided for Planning & Building Control, we can also provide detailed floor plans, elevations, sections and site plans. These drawings can form part of a property record and be used for reference, fire alarm zones, maintenance etc. All drawings will be to scale, fully annotated and dimensioned as required.
  
  
• Disability Access Audits
  Keystone Building Surveying can survey your property and provide a report specific to access/ egress, circulation through and around and use of a building by persons with a disability. The report will highlight areas of concern and the corrective actions required to meet current legislation.
  
  

• Project Management
  Keystone Building Surveying offers a full Project Management Service, taking your project from conception to completion. We can open tender for a suitable contractor, inspect the work as construction progresses &, manage payments to contractors.
